24 is coming with season seven
Posted by: | CommentsSo at last after the years long rumor game, now we can surely say that season seven is coming of 24 show. What if after four years of season six. Be cool because something is always better than nothing. Now in season six, Chloe’s baby will be three to four year old instead of being a new born. Also, the new president won’t be as new as previously thought. Perhaps that will have an important part to play in season 7’s plot. Watch your Jack again pushing the troubles away.

Now we are expecting the future story from the season seven as it is after thirteen years of its beginning so timeline should be in accordance. I think it should be 2014. Jack must have turned old behind our eyes. First time when Jack Bauer appeared he was 35 and now he will be 47 to 48 years old. Means he will equal the age of Kiefer Sutherland’s age in the season one. The season seven is going to premier in January of 2009 and in addition the Prequel, set and shot primarily in South Africa will be aired in November 23.
I am personally among the one who are waiting for the new season. Though I missed many of its episodes partially, but still as much as I watched, I loved it and it is still safe in my memory and I usually go for downloading its previous seasons in anticipation of the new upcoming similar dose of entertainment.

Posted by: | CommentsTake your unicycle and get lost, Carolla, it’s time for Dancing With Miley.
Miley Cyrus and pal Mandy Jiroux’s ongoing online dance contest is stepping up to network television, E! News has learned exclusively.
Multiple show sources confirm that Cyrus, who is hosting the Teen Choice Awards on Fox, has arranged to do a series of dance battles against her and Jiroux’s rival ACDC male dance crew.
Miley, who debuts songs from her new album “Breakout” tomorrow on Good Morning America, had been pushing to settle the popular YouTube competition on network TV. “She knows fans want to see more, and this seemed like a perfect way to do it,” says a show source, adding that producers are still working on how voting will take place.
At Monday night’s Step Up 2: The Streets DVD release party, actor/dancer Adam Sevani, lead member of the rival dance group ACDC, told E! News where the next dance battle would take place: “It’s the Teen Choice Awards.”r
Asked who will win, Sevani replied, “We’ll see.”
Cyrus will lord over the ceremony Aug. 3 in L.A.; it will air on tape-delay the following day. A Fox rep declined to comment.
Sources say Cyrus had been talking to at least one other network besides Fox about doing a TV version of the dance-off.
The dance battle so far has been viewed more than 18 million times on YouTube.
The high-stepping showdown began after the ACDC crew challenged Cyrus and best friend/backup dancer Jiroux to a friendly competition.
On April 10, a group formed by Jon Chu (director of Step Up 2: The Streets) and Sevani challenged the girls to “the biggest dance battle in online history.” ACDC posted a dance video on YouTube and asked M&M to respond with one of their own.
On April 13, the “M&M Cru With a U” released a video to the Madonna and Justin Timberlake song “4 Minutes.” It was an instant YouTube smash, with more than 1 million views in the first 24 hours. The video even included Step Up stars Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan
ACDC responded with an April 30 clip featuring Lindsay Lohan, Adam Sandler and Chris Brown and telling M&M to “step your game up.”
And step it up they did. On June 10, the girls released their “Final Dance Video,” featuring Jenna Dewan, Carson Daly, Joey Fatone and Ryan Seacrest, who showed off his best chicken dance.

Miss America Bets on Vegas Again
Posted by: | CommentsThe Miss America Organization is putting all of its chips on neon.
The pageant proprietor announced Thursday that Miss America Live! will be returning to Las Vegas‘ Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino for the next two years.
The hotel on the famed Vegas Strip was also the scene of 2008 Miss America Live!, TLC’s revamped take on the festivities, which now include a series of competitions leading up to the main event and plenty of online interaction.
To combat flagging interest in the nearly century-old tradition, the competition also made a brief foray into reality TV last year, when CMT aired the seven-episode Finding Miss America.
“We are thrilled to be returning to Planet Hollywood again for this year’s telecast,” Art McMaster, president and CEO of the Miss America Organization, said. “We are continuing to build on new traditions here in Las Vegas, and we are so pleased that Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino has chosen to be a part of Miss America’s continuing history in the entertainment capital of the world.”
“We are delighted to have 52 of the most beautiful girls on the planet returning here to their home at Planet Hollywood,” added hotel president Michael Mecca.
Miss America 2008 Kirsten Haglund will pass her crown on to another gown-and-swimsuit-donning beauty on Jan. 24, 2009. TLC will broadcast the ceremony live from Planet Hollywood’s Theatre for the Performing Arts.
